- The radio room is available for practising, rehearsing & streaming. Slots will be prioritised for radio residents who stream live on www.steam-mcr.com every Friday and Sunday. It is otherwise available throughout the week from midday til 9pm

- The meeting room is available to hire for meetings, workshops & private gatherings. There are paper, pens and a projector available to use. The capacity for this room is 8 people.

- The band rehearsal space is available seven days a week and has guitar and bass amps, full PA and mixing desk, and drum shells and hardware.
